The customer services is what's getting them only 2 stars. My sibling and I ordered only 2 blended drinks but it took a total of 48 minutes for us to get them. Meanwhile 9+ people who ordered after us got their food and drinks before us. I understand a wait if there was people ahead of us when we ordered, but no. Literally all the people who ordered after us got their stuff first and after they did we were still waiting an extra 5 minutes until our drinks were ready.
