Bambolina
Description
**Restaurant Review: A Mixed Bag of Experiences**
The dining scene at this restaurant presents a dichotomy of experiences. Some patrons rave about the delicious wood-fired pizzas and attentive service, highlighting menu favorites like the Forest Mushroom Pizza and the beet salad. Others, however, lament poor service and issues like cleanliness, with distressing encounters such as sightings of mice. While some guests enjoy an impeccable atmosphere and memorable meals, others criticize the soggy pizza crusts and disappointing service. Overall, this venue shows potential, yet it seems to struggle with consistency, leaving diners with varied impressions of their experiences. A visit may require some patience.

Party of 3 were seated at the bar, 2 people in our party went to the restroom and the waitress came over and dropped of water. Waitress said she would come back to get our full order when the entire party was there. 30 minutes after they sat back down the waitress rushed taking our order she seemed busy but was nowhere to be found for long periods of time. We got the food, it was okay. Then the drinks arrived after we had finished eating waitress did not care horrible service.
My family wasn't sure about Bambolina at first, but after we walked in, we knew it was exactly what we needed. The wood-fired pizza was incredible, and the ramen and dumplings were just WOW. A total flavor feast. The service was quick, friendly, and excellent. Good beer and wine, too. Very family-friendly and comfortable. We love this place, and will come again! Service: Dine in
Truly have never had worse service in my life than from Kimmy S at this place. I’m not one to write google reviews but it was so unprofessional and gratuity is included in the check so we had no other option than to tip her. She did not greet us, took our order as FAST as humanly possible and did not bring us our drinks until after we were all finished with our food. When she did finally bring our drinks she rudely asked us to grab them off the serving tray for her “that’s your coke can you grab it.” The food was okay but I will not be returning with the service we received. Also $85 for pizza for 3 is crazy
Server was kind and prompt, she did a nice job- but sadly it kind of stopped there. The small mason jar cups for water kind of feel like they have some residue on them when you drink, also is this place trying to be Neapolitan italian- or some contemporary Japanese noodle fusion? When I saw the photos of the pizza I knew this was immediately where I wanted to eat considering how well and aesthetically pleasing their pizza is, however left little to be desired. Pizza is cut improperly, also Margarita pizza was drenched in crappy truffle oil I’m not sure why you would ruin a beautiful margarita pizza like that unless you’re worried your San Marzano sauce has no flavor. Dough and crust however was excellent.
Went in on a whim and was so happy we did. Delicious food recommend the beet salad, forest pizza and Prosecco great service and good vibes. A real unexpected treat on our trip.
