The restaurant formerly known as Portside has been rebranded as Shirley's by new owners. Unfortunately, the changes made have not been an improvement. Whoever approved this change from Wellington Shire should consider resigning. It seems the locals of Golden Beach may have different tastes. Dropped in today for lunch with my other half after hearing great things about the food. The staff were friendly accommodating even though they were busy with a full restaurant a large party of 20. We shared the Cuban sandwich (pilled with ham, cheese, pickles pulled pork the mustard on the side; and the Classic beef burger with cheese, bacon, lettuce tomato. I was so full I had to take my half of the burger home! Both the sandwich the burger were juicy well seasoned. Well priced good portions. We will definitely be back as I have to try the other dishes that were coming out, everything looked so good!

Third time at Portside food wine, for lunch with friend, lunch with kids and now dinner. Amazing food and service every time! Highly recommend you come and enjoy their food atmosphere
Just experienced Portside food Wine for the first time, great service, place looks fantastic had a real buzz about it. Had the caesar salad and it was delish, one of my friends had the budha bowl and said it was beautiful. Well done guys will def be back.
We all really enjoyed our meal. Lovely spot sitting in the sun. Friendly staff, great menu and prices.
