Popped in to find a take-out coffee and surprised that ALL their cakes brownies were gluten-free. With the person working there, who explains it is a fully trained bakery and that while eating in a kitchen that has gluten (they also have a restayrant) the gluten-free items are prepared separately in a completely wiped area.
