Time Traveller - SALCOMBE

Popped in to find a take-out coffee and surprised that ALL their cakes brownies were gluten-free. With the person working there, who explains it is a fully trained bakery and that while eating in a kitchen that has gluten (they also have a restayrant) the gluten-free items are prepared separately in a completely wiped area. We just had lunch, so we didn't buy food, but she was over cross-contamination and we all my celiac daughter would have felt the food very comfortable. NB the Café called Time Traveller, with an entrance on the street and I guess there is a separate entrance to the Estuary Club from which it belongs. I don't know if the restaurant itself makes gluten-free coeliac safe food.
