The large portion is so big that you might think they made a mistake. The noodles are uniquely thin and chewy, with a lot of pork and a clear soup. It's not your typical champon, but it's delicious in its own way! There are two table seats and a tatami area in the back. The narrow space, entrance that looks like an office in a nondescript building, and the mysterious atmosphere make it a very interesting place. The vibe of the restaurant feels like it's run by a stubborn old man, but the incredibly friendly and gracious owner adds a charming touch. If you're in Nishito, it's worth stopping by.
