Excellent service for ordering in advance. This is the fourth time I have ordered their Pithivier des Rois and I also bought it in store. He's still very good. This year, I also bought a brioche des Rois and an epi baguette. Everything was excellent. View all feedback.
What Kardinaty Kardi doesn't like about Patisserie Chocolaterie Raffin:
Some cakes lack know-how, the mille_feuilles are too creamy, the layer is not flaky therefore not crispy, there is not enough lemon. The other cakes are too small for their respective prices, which is okay with pastries. View all feedback.
Very good pastryOn the other hand, the bread, not strong, industrial bread (Lidl type bread for €0.30 ?
Good bread, great pâté crust, just a good address for those looking for a good bakery, good cakes and Christmas
Very popular for something quite ordinary. We were expecting something of fairly good quality but in the end we were in for something that was good but not exceptional at all.The shop :Although the entrance is poorly organized (large posters encouraging us to take a number but no tickets available, a large poster inviting us to take a ticket on the exit door instead of the entrance door , the interior is rather well organized. The dining tables were not very clean. The service :Lots of people serving, not much “service technique” such as never abandoning the customer and a lack of knowledge regarding the ingredients in the products. It was mostly turbulent with too many staff present.Products : I enjoyed the Christmas logs, quite delicate in the mouth, perhaps a little too sweet the macaroons are really not up to par. A macaroon is supposed to be light, soft... Not dry, not aggressive, not with a dry filling the chocolates were very ordinary, the chocolate is of average quality and the filling is very sweetWe won't come back, it's not worth the price. But I understand that it might please the area where it is located and that it would be enough for the people who pass by. Know that for this price range you can find really better, but it's true that you will have to go a little further : .
Following the TVA topo À vosaffaires recently we decided to return there after many years [I did not return there after this pastry shop sold me a Black Forest for my practically inedible party 6 or 7 years].Total disappointment regarding 3 logs purchased there on December 30 for New Year 's Eve.2/3 ended up in the trash ! .Non-fine products. Pronounced fatty taste in the mouth [hazelnut log] and the one with the “butter” vanilla cake ? was not fresh with dry cake and “cheap” icing sugar type archi-sweet filling which remained in the mouth and on the heart. Raspberry/chocolate log ok, but it was a non-fine product, where the fat and sugar dominate without delicacy.Mille-feuille with fresh cream and Raspberry Straw [jam in fact] correct and fresh.Let 's say that after seeing TVA 's overview of the logs I was quickly disillusioned by the tasting and the comments from my guests during the 31st ! . Deplorable. There are fine pastries: Arohoma, Patrice Pâtissier, O Fauria, even Serano makes good desserts or even Bella Pasta, which makes beautiful Italian delicacies even if it is not their specialty...Raffin, your name is very bad indeed, and I will not return to your pastry shop. For practically the same price, there is much better elsewhere, especially in finesse...
Best pastry shop for miles around! The taste, the service and the choice are there! It’s great, thank you!
