Horrible customer service. I called the restaurant to ask what the ingredients are in their pizza crust and was told by the women she doesn't know because she is not the chef. She puts me on hold and a man comes on asking why I want to know the ingredients in their dough. I simply said I would like to know what my kids are eating. He was rude and hung up! My family and I are pizza lovers. We have tried so many different pizza places but I have to say that Anna Pizzeria is by far the best !!!! Not only is the pizza good but the staff is very friendly and the place itself is very cozy, perfect place to have dinner with the family.
Anna's has been in Ste T for decades..your local pizzaria that everybody knows and loves..but that was then..this is now..My son and i ordered from Anna's because we wanted a hot and homemade style pizza.They use to make it with fresh dough..thick with sauce and all the fixin's that could fit on a pizza pie.The pizza that was delivered was lukewarm,thin hard dough,cheap on sauce and not enough stuff on top..How depressing is that...you wait 30 mins for your mouth watering zzza..and you receive a cardboard pizza in a cardboard box..at a 5 star price..Did you change your pizza man? Did Anna leave town??Just one word of advice..with all the clone pizza joint choices that we have now..go back to your old recipes and stand above the crowd and bring back the Anna's we loved with your delicious pizza.
I called to make a delivery fromthis restaurant and they took my order and everything was okay until an hour later no one showed up with my delivery and when i called back to ask what happened the owner himself said that the driver tried calling me witch he never did and also ontop of that they lie straight to your face over the phone i am very disgusted with annas pizza ive had thier pizza since i was 13 or 14 years old im 26now and since they changed owners the new ower doesnt seem to care about the community or anything its ridiculous
