What Mark W doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
Went through the drive in and at the first window (after a 5 minute wait) we were told we had to drive around again and rejoin the queue as we hadn’t made the order via the speaker. We explained that no one had answered us but they refused to take our order and rudely shut the window. The man’s attitude was unbelievable poor and was not we expect at a Macdonald restaurant! I visited and used the terminal to order take out on Saturday 8th September 2018 at about 19.10. I paid cash €21.30. the ticket was timed at 19.14.45. ESP 08. I arrived home 5 minutes later (trip adviser says we are 2 minutes away! Big problems. The two large fries were COLD. The two Curry sauces we're not Curry BUT CHINESE I am very unhappy at this poor incompetent service
