we ate for the first time today. our children found the garden so beautiful that they wanted to stay here. after a culinary strip through the card was the relevant opinion on the table: everything super. no one had to expose something to his lunch, everyone was tired and satisfied. in a very nice environment a very tasty evening meal. the service was also good, the ladies were very nice and attentive! What Elena Quigley doesn't like about Cote Jardin:
Cote Jardin atmosphere is lovely (outside courtyard with artwork and statues - v. romantic), as is the waitor and the chef. Very friendly and welcoming. Our first course was great but we were both a little let down by the main (BBQ lamb / BBQ tuna). Overcooked and small portion. Unfortunately I was also sick the day after. Cannot say for definite it was becuase of something I ate there though. I think they could up t... View all feedback.
Very good reception, very good dishes except the octopus a little too cooked but otherwise perfect. The dome is sublime thanks
We spend a very nice afternoon tea in this charming place. The service is excellent and the owner very caring.
This restaurant is located in the backyard of an small art gallery. There are only a very few tables. However, the atmosphere is cosy and the food is delicious, although the menu us rather small. It's a nice hideawy away from all the touristic restaurants.
This place looked very uninspiring from the outside. In an unglamorous setting amongst very ordinary shops. But once you step into the gallery, you can peek beyond into a lovely courtyard garden, beautifully lit with more art hung amongst the tables. Food was good and everyone raved about the ratatouille which accompanied most dishes. Also serves afternoon tea
As regular visitors for coffee at cote jardin we always look at the tempting menu. The forecast for the following sunday was for rain so we thought we would try the Sunday lunch. It was so good we went three Sundays running! Especially memorable was the special Paque (Easter) menu ( slow cooked lamb shank). The host and hostess always make us most welcome . But the temptation to buy something from the lovely little art gallery can make for an expensive lunch!!! Fresh ingredients, well cooked and presented with lots of flavour. We look forward to returning.
