What an amazing setting for the hotel. The restaurant forms part of the hotel and maybe we were unlucky but the meal was terrible. The tables in the dining room were not by the small windows so it was quite dark. There was a nice...fire and the service was OK but as we were staying out of season and there were only a couple of other guests staying so it turned out like a setting for Macbeth production.
