Habited to eat burgers at the local I had made an institution but unfortunately it is only a vast souvenir. Where to start the hard and dry bread I took a burger the local with Tom of countries that was not melted a cube of cold cheese the cold steack and not cooked just bleached. From a medical rdv, I was looking for something open on Mende at more than 19:30. A friend advised me of this restaurant. Well for a first, the result is very conclusive. 4 different pizzas and home lasagna. All to take it of course (at this moment covid). The boss and these employees are pretty busy. They still took my order and not even 15min I was served. What more...? Concerning pizzas: for 4 cheeses, rare are cheese pizzas that have had to taste. Well, this one was dissociable. Products of very good quality. Norwegian: perfect if you like the good taste of cooked salmon in a wood oven. Ah! Yes I forgot to specify everything is cooked in front of you in the wood oven. In short the other two very good pizzas also... should I say it again. The next time I return to Mende I will return with as much pleasure as I felt when I eat good products. Very fast.

From where to start, perhaps by the base of a good pizza, the dough: too thick, floury and lack of blatant cooking. The fillings also leave to be desired, difficult to identify what is eaten, even with a simple 4 cheese that could be described as a choke-Christian! Only positive point, if you take the road south, no detour to predict!
We decided to dine in town at the Local. The decoration is modern however the volume of music is too high to my taste. The kitchen is simple and effective. The dishes are hearty and the sweet desserts.
We are going with friends a noon, very aerate restaurant, clean and pleasant. I had taken a piece of well-cooked Aubrac meat, and I enjoyed it, it was very tender. All accompanied by fries, yes but homemade fries. No frozen!! with a little pepper sauce, taster. new and nice environment, projection of clips on the wall. Well, we care about the client. Professional, discreet and friendly waitresses. I finished on a gourmet coffee, composed of three tasty mignardises. Bravo
