We visited the Cathedral of Saint Anne in Quebec, which is absolutely beautiful. I'm not really religious, but the architecture was incredible. I came here with my twelve year old daughter, we looked forward to mealtime and had a variety of classic dishes from authentic poutine, chicken with potatoes and cole slaw to over easy eggs with bacon on english muffins with sausages.
