We weren't looking for a fancy buffet with food that wasn't reflective of the springtime in Quebec. To our delight, we were pleasantly surprised. The delicious food is brought directly to your table, the service is excellent, and the prices are reasonable. The simple building adds to the authenticity of the experience, making it a true 'Cabane à sucre'. We will definitely be returning with our family next year.
