I understand that Sunday mornings can be hectic, but it feels like every time I visit this McDonald's in St. Clair, everything moves in slow motion. I placed an online order and waited 25 minutes for my food. The young girl, Stephanie (who seemed to be a manager), was doing her best to keep things moving; she was running outside to deliver food to customers. It appears that they either lack adequate staff or their system just isn't functioning smoothly. They definitely need some help here. Something needs to change.
