Everything on the menu is delicious. We look forwards to tacos especially on Tuesday nights at Silver Bluff. Very authentic, coming from my hometown of El Paso Texas, this food makes me feel right at home

We enjoyed the truck at Silverbluff. It was great having beers with the carne asada nachos. So much meat for $9! They were delicious. We also had the flautas which were equally yummy and worth the calorie splurge. The staff who work the truck are so pleasant and accommodating. You truly cannot go wrong with the anything here! Super delicious Tacos their meat it's a higher end taste The only bad experience is the last time they served less meat in the taco. I felt like I was eating more tortilla than anything. But other than that everything is delicious

I stopped in for dinner on Sunday and I was seated in the bar, I wasn't thrilled because it was loud with a game on, and I was seated in between 2 tables of people drinking and being loud as well. It seemed like they didn't want to use the restaurant area to dirty it, but I should have said something. I ordered the grilled shrimp, there were about 10 of them which is a lot. They were cooked well, and they came with a side of Asian style slaw with ramen noodles. It was ok, but I will get something else if I go back there. The server was very polite and attentive with my order and checking on me.
