Worst Taco Bell ever! Taco Bell on airline in St Rose is always slow and understated. Last night after we had to move and wait, everything was cold! Fries still cold on the inside, cheese not melted and cold on a Quesadilla. Hort

Use the app. Could have thrown the ride and got it faster, but they've thrown 2 extra tacos and a burrito in.

I went through the drive up on 9/29/2020. Ordered for my family, 2 burrito supremes, 3 soft taco SUPREMES. When I got home to hand out the food the burritos were bean burritos and the soft tacos were regular soft tacos. I looked in my bag for a receipt and I was not given one. I paid $14.61 total for my order which is the price plus tax for my original order not the order I was given. When I tried calling the store to let them know about the error at 1:00pm (after lunch rush) they answer the phone and hang up right away. VERY **** POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. BY ALL MEANS PLEASE BLAME THIS ON COVID AS WELL!! Shame shame!! I would give ZERO stars if I could.
