Subway - Saint Robert
Subway
Description
A busy sandwich counter inside a big-box store earns praise for generous fillings, solid value, and occasionally outstanding, proactive staff. Yet experiences are uneven: customers report missing ingredients, soggy wraps, brown lettuce, order mix-ups and occasional rudeness during custom requests. Best for quick, budget lunches when service is attentive — verify orders at pickup and be prepared for variable service during peak hours.

If you're looking for a sandwich that's a soggy disaster and nearly impossible to eat, this is the place for you! You'll find a pile of ingredients squished together in a damp wrapper.
Rico’s personality is fantastic! He was extremely helpful and communicated effectively. He even came to assist me before I had the chance to ring the bell for service! That's truly impressive!
I had a disappointing experience at this subway restaurant. I placed my order with a young woman who seemed very unfriendly and made a racist remark. When there was an issue with my order, she told me to get out of her sight instead of resolving it. It was frustrating and made the whole experience unpleasant. I really hope she never owns a place like this, as her attitude could really hurt the business.
BAD EXPERIENCE! I ordered a wrap and asked for it to be made into a salad. The young girl did not double the meat and only sprinkled a small amount of lettuce (one handful) I repeatedly had to ask for more lettuce, cucumbers ect....Then the older woman interrupted and told me that they do not make their salads this way and it is supposed to be made like a 6 inch sandwich. I told her that I ordered a wrap with double meat and pointed to it on the menu and that I wanted it made that way. Even the people in line came to my defense. Then the girl forgot to add the avocado and I had to remind her. Then the older woman piped in with only one scoop . How rude! My daughter was humiliated by the scene and it ruined our lunch together.. Also, the lettuce was brown . Sunday noonish 3-1-2020
