Our waitress, Jenn, truly went above and beyond, making us feel like we were dining with family. She is definitely someone to ask for! Sheila, the manager, was welcoming and incredibly sweet—just like family, but without the need to cook! The quality of the food was outstanding and incredibly fresh. The atmosphere is cool and relaxed, perfect for a great dining experience. The service here is exceptional, unlike many other places in the area. While there is a staff shortage everywhere, you wouldn’t know it here. The team is truly amazing and comes together to provide excellent service to customers.

Our waitress was Kat and she was super friendly and attentive. I will be back the next time I'm in town.

The first time I visited, the food was good, but the service left something to be desired. This time, however, the experience was much better. My bartender also served as my waitress, and she was fantastic! I really enjoy this place because they offer the “AWESOME” plant-based burger, which is hard to find in the area, as there aren't many vegetarian or vegan options available. Plus, the salad bar is great!

Our waitress... read more We are from North Carolina and we are town visiting relatives. Last night we ate at Ruby Tuesday, we had a large crowd, it was 11 of us altogether. Our waitress was a young lady name Hunter who just amazing with her service. Hunter provided us with the best of service all by herself. If anyone is in this area and you want a good meal with great service go to Ruby Tuesday and ask for Hunter.

It is one of just two places in the city where you can enjo... read more Ruby Tuesday in St. Robert is one of the best restaurants in the area and ranks among our favorites. It is one of just two places in the city where you can enjoy American cuisine (beyond fast food) in a relaxed setting. The food is consistently delicious, with a diverse menu to choose from. It's also the only restaurant in town that features an all-you-can-eat salad bar, which is always clean and well-stocked. One of our favorite waitstaff members is Kat; she is the kindest, sweetest, and most attentive server we've encountered there. Kat is also very patient and assisted me with the new card reader so we could settle our bill at the table. Dining here always brings us great joy!
