I recently experienced some of the best customer service I've encountered in a fast-food restaurant in quite a while. Even the cook came out to check if everything was satisfactory. I've been to many full-service restaurants where the staff seem to expect tips as a given, yet here, in a place where tipping isn't as common, the service was outstanding. To the manager of this establishment, I want to commend you on what seems to be a well-run operation based on my visit.
The restaurant has a very limited staff, but they work diligently to provide quick service. The employees are friendly and ensure that you receive fresh food. The quality of the food meets the expectations of a fast food establishment. Hardee's is known for having some of the best chicken strips around.
Burger was smothered in mayo and undercooked. The jalapeño poppers had been re fried so many times the cheese evaporated out and was hard as a rock. What I did eat of it gave me food poisoning. They should be reported to the FDA.
Best biscuits in town , beat out Mcdees and worth higher price.
