Subway - Saint Pauls

The new menu was a hit with me. My sandwich was absolutely great.

I truly don?t think I have ever had such a poor experience at a food establishment. The old lady that works here is god awful, she took my order, skipped my wife behind me then we had to jump in the back of the line to get any sort ofacknowledgment. None of the fountain drinks are carbonated, all of their teas were out and they knew that and still wouldn?tmake more, the staff repeatedly looks up at the menu to see what goes on each sandwich, the sandwiches were very skimpy on theingredients, the cookies are burnt to a crisp. This place is a mess.

The older lady is very rude an rushes you with your order. Then when she checks you out asks what you got an she just made the sandwichs

2/22 Experiences have changed drastically. Ordering by app or on line is a fiasco..the order is rarely right ,but to pick up on the deal you must order this way. So I rarely go back. Previously I rated Subway a 5, but a 2 is the best I can do 5/22 Keepsgetting worse regarding on line/ app orders being accurate.. IT 'S A SANDWICH NOT A ROCKET SHIP BLAST OFF......PLEASE!!

I was in a rush to go to work 2 ladies where coming on 4! Two where leaving out. Very rude! Just looked at me never said may I help you( the older lady) the pregnant one acted as if I stole her lunch once I asked if she could changebknoves because I'mvegetarian! Honey, you would've thought I threw the knife at her! I asked of I could get soup instead of a cookie or chips. Thepregnant one said... I don't know about no soup! Let's just say I Will Not be going back
