The most unfriendly morning employee I've ever encountered. The service was terrible. It seems like the employees can't be bothered to walk a few feet to make sandwiches in the morning. The excuse was that they were short-staffed. It's unfortunate, as this is the only coffee shop in this small town. View all feedback.
The front counter service is lacking, as most of the attention seems to be focused on the drive-thru. You can end up waiting a long time without anyone attending to you at the counter.
The store was filled with flies today, which seemed to be enjoying the food in the display cabinet. I can't speak for the kitchen, but the seating area and display cabinet were in poor condition. I mentioned the flies on the doughnuts to one of the staff, but he simply turned off the cabinet lights for five minutes without addressing the underlying problem.
I would give this place zero stars if I could. The staff are incredibly self-centered. I always place my orders ahead of time using the mobile app, but they never seem to find my order. I ordered just ten minutes before arriving, and they still couldn't locate it. When I approached the window, the employee slammed the door and was extremely rude. The lack of respect from the staff is truly disappointing.
This tim’s blows my mind every time.no matter how simple you think the order is, it’s not. i don’t know why i thought it would’ve gotten better. coming here is the WORST WAY to start your day.this is the muffin they gave me. a muffin... right…
Its a clean, well functioning Tim Hortons. There have been times the ladies taking orders have been rude, but they get my coffee
