My go-to neighborhood chinese food spot! I will often get delivery because they tend to get quite busy and I don't really like to wait for pick up as the time estimates can be delayed. My top favorites are the Walnut shrimp, cream cheese wontons, and house fried rice. Other things are great too! View all feedback.

Easy order at take out window. Friendly service. Fair prices. Boba Mango Tea so delicious!! The food itself was bland. I would return for the Boba tea. Unfortunately my food was bland and over cooked. The chicken, especially was hard, and the gloppy sauce mixed in has the texture of glue. The fried rice had a moist, soft texture. I appreciated that the fried rice was freshly made. However, the fried rice was unevenly... View all feedback.
Best place in town for casual, no-frills Chinese. Great good, great prices, and friendly owners. Everybody I've brought here has fallen in love with it. I'm still trying new things on the menu, but my favorites so far are the eggplant with garlic sauce, double cooked pork, Szechuan anything, ma po tofu, and sesame beef. If you don't like spicy stuff, you might try the West Lake duck or the fish with black bean sauce. Love this place. Do note that they go by HF Cafe now.
As a teenager, this was one of my favorite places to work at.
Delicious! This is the best chow mein I have ever tried. We order it at least twice a month.
This restaurant offers great lunch specials and features a fresh, newly renovated interior with updated signage outside. Looking forward to visiting again soon. Thank you to Lu, the owner, for keeping the community informed about events on Payne Avenue.
Glad to see them back.... We're glad to see the Sui Yep open again as an actual sit-down restaurant. We dined there on Monday, 8-26-13 after an extremely hot morning at the fair.<br/ We all (3 of us) had the subgum chicken chow mein along with an order of chicken fried rice. The portions served were huge. We had enough leftovers that we all had a nice size meal the next day too.<br/ <br/ The chow mein was very good. Not as good as back when the Yep family was in charge but still very good. They are still making the chow mein noodles too.<br/ <br/ I was so glad to see how nicely they fixed up the place. I was really glad to see the water-stained ceiling tiles and mold spore lab gone. I'm surprised the health department hadn't shut down the place a few years ago after it became take-out only.<br/ <br/ The only bad thing we encountered was they had just mopped the floor when we walked in. Judging from the smell, they must have been using pure bleach on it, something you really don't want to smell in a restaurant. Once that dissipated everything was fine.<br/ <br/ Welcome back Sui Yep. We'll be back the next time we're in town.
