Smashburger - Saint Paul

Worst burger, oily, avocado were microwaved to look like they are fresh. The buns were so oily I threw up the later in the bathroom.I ordered double avocado burger no bacon, requested cheese instead they refused. Over priced (12.58$ . I will never again go to smash burger. They charged me hospitality fee, which I didn’t consent for and they don’t tell you about ahead of time.

I had the Cobb salad, as the ChicFilA next door did not offer one. For airport food it was fresh and filling! Grilled chicken made to order. The ordering system is a little silly, only order from tablet style that have broken printers..

I generally don’t eat fast food but I did enjoy this Smashburger. I added a bunch of veg to my burger and they got it all right. Smashburger doesn’t upset my stomach the way the others do.

My rating is based on this being an airport quick serve place. We certainly did not have the negative experiences other reviewers have stated. I love turkey burgers, and was very glad to see it on the menu. Theirs was juicy and tasty, and turkey is hard to keep moist for a burger. I loved that it came with avocado. One son had a big burger that he inhaled, and the other had chicken nuggets and fries that he said were hot and fresh. The workers were all friendly in a very busy airport. It's not as bad as several people have mentioned.

Highly recommend staying away from this place. Went in towards closing time, and one of the cooks was screaming at other employees and customers because they were out of some items. She’d announce it every five minutes, but in that time people would come up and order that obviously didn’t hear her and order items they were out of. She’d then berate them for having the audacity to order something on the menu.Food was mediocre at best as well. By far the worst service I’ve had at any restaurant or business ever.
