The options they have are very tasty but limited. You have a pho with mushroom broth #50, you need to specify it with mushroom broth), which comes with a load of vegetables and tofu. Nestled into an unassuming St. Paul strip mall, Pho 79 is some of the best Vietnamese fare that you can find anywhere in the Twin Cities. The spring rolls are fresh and flavorful, the chicken wings are fabulously crispy on the outside, but still moist on the inside, and the Bahn Mi and Vermicelli Noodle salads are both superb.
