The soft opening of this restaurant was disappointing. The live bands were not enjoyable and the wine list was incomplete. They also had trouble splitting the bill for our group. The location near CHS Field was convenient, but the food was just average. The steak sandwich was tasty, but the jalapeño spam balls were served cold and had to be reheated twice. What User doesn't like about Ox Cart Arcade Rooftop:
Do not be misled by old reviews, Ox Cart is not the same as it used to be. I visited before a Saints game and was informed that it was still their soft opening. The beer was not up to par, indicating issues with their tap lines or mix-ups with their selection. The food was average, nothing exceptional. The location is fantastic and I hope they can resolve their issues before fully opening up to the public. View all feedback.
This restaurant has a fun atmosphere with beautiful views. The drinks were tasty and the food was decent. My only issue was that the bar seemed to be lacking in options. While I know it's a dive bar, I expected better quality drinks considering the amazing views. Despite this, it was still a great overall experience.

Listening to him speak and share his experiences not just here but, IN THE COMMUNITY was like a breath of fresh air.For real...check him out and support. I promise you will not be disappointed.
I was here a few weeks ago and had a good time. there were however some things that made it a lack of Luster experience.1 the biggest problem is that we check the arcade that turns it out does not exist. they have jenga and shuffleboard, but this is it. they should definitely update the website and Google list to reflect that there is no arcade.2 coming on the roof terrace, the restaurant is to leave, cut through a park ramp and take the slowest elevator of the world to the top level. this is above all beyond ox cart’s control, but it is worth mentioning for people who are interested in it.3 The menu was quite expensive for what it was. if I came back, it would probably be just for a few drinks and not for a meal or starter. all in all it was still a good time and I loved the roof terrace in sight, but it could have been better.
