Mucci's Italian - Saint Paul

My roommate and I had dinner here last night to celebrate his birthday since it's his favorite restaurant. Once again, we had a fantastic meal, and our server was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and charming. Everything was absolutely delicious: the gnocchi, calamari, kale, lasagna, and the Camilla pizza with a gluten-free crust were all exceptional.

We had a wonderful experience at this seemingly unassuming neighborhood restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was excellent. I ordered the lamb burger, which was cooked to perfection and incredibly juicy. They also had a great selection of drinks, including an Italian-style beer on tap. We will definitely be returning!

After a lovely afternoon at the Minnesota Opera's production of 'La Bohème,' my sister and I decided to have dinner here. We were fortunate to get a table right away. It's a very small restaurant, so the wait can be lengthy, but it’s definitely worth it! The food we had was incredibly good. I thought the best lasagna I'd ever had was in Paris, but now it’s here. My sister ordered the baked lobster dish and couldn’t stop raving about it. And the tiramisu? Simply delicious! The staff was very friendly, and the service was excellent. I will definitely be back!

The food and the staff are top notch! Little changes on the menu from time to time keep it fresh interesting. We’ve had 3 different styles of gnocchi loved every one. Highly recommended!

My wife and I received a gift certificate from our kids. We went on a Friday evening. I 'll admit it was a little hard to find but GPS answered that. We were greeted courteously and given an approximate wait time. Since there is little waiting area the hostess took a phone number and we were referred to a neighborhood pub. Our wait wad short. Our server was courteous and professional. He knew his menu and was able to vividly describe each item. We started with the fresh foccicia bread and a hot Arugula appetizer. It was a wonderful choice! I had the seafood pasta. It had a pleasant 'Heat ' that I was unaccustomed to in Italian food. I Loved It! My wife had the lasagna. She was determined to eat only half and take some home.....No chance! She described it as 'Melt in your mouth good ' I had to agree. The wine selection was limited but very nice! Again, our server knew his menu and could give those same vivid descriptions and explain how they would compliment our choices. We hadn 't planned on dessert but the spumoni was just too tempting! The couple at our neighboring table were regulars and told us about the changing menu. It sounded really wonderful! We will definitely be back. Mucci 's is a Hidden Gem!
