THEY ARE UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT!! This place was honestly the worst, the staff was possibly the rudest, laziest people I’ve come across. Over 30 minutes for sandwiches with a side of sass when you wonder where your pickup order is. BUT NOW the staff is super nice, freaky fast, and the place is clean!! Definitely give them a try again. I have an order from Jimmy John's a month ago and they took money from my card and never gave it back... I got the run around and called again very upset, and they lied and said my card was never loaded. Every time you forget something, girlfriend never gets Avacado on everything when she orders it, kind of rediculous.
Of most locations this one is not freaky fast.. comparable to Subway but better food...
They've messed up every single order we've ever gotten. Literally every single one, whether it was an online order or in person at the store.
