We love The Good Earth. The food is healthy and delicious. Since Covid they have scaled down the menu, but there are still plenty of choices and the carrot cake is not to be missed. The outdoor seating can be noisy because it faces a highway, but in the afternoon (on a rare, perfect day) it was lovely. Dining inside has always been pleasant, although at prime times it can be quite loud. If you can manage it, lunch at... View all feedback.
What Nawni N doesn't like about Good Earth:
Quick meal that you pay for upfront and then they bring the food and they clean up the food. It has lots of healthy options. 9/24/2022 went here with a friend again and it was OK. The portions are really big and the food came out a bit cold. So it's not that appetizing. The servers were ok. They forgot the little details and didn't really pay attention to us. The baked artichoke dip with gluten sensitive pita bread, Chiang Mai Thai Noodles Entree and the Winter Apple Spritzer was PHENOMENAL!! The service was great and loved the atmosphere! Will definitely be back soon for more!!
I hadn't been to Good Earth in quite a few years. It was not a bad experience, but also not a great one. 1. Atmosphere- could use a little sprucing up- showing signs of wear. But clean and comfortable. 2. Service- While our server was very pleasant and apologetic they forgot quite a few things. Asked for sugar- never got even after acknowledging it had been forgotten. Asked for tea- again forgot.. got it about 20 minutes later. 3. Food- we both ordered a daily special snapper meal. It was okay, definitely overcooked. Sides- also overcooked and too mushy. But the food was flavorful, and sauces were delicious. The Good Earth tea was amazing- which we purchased more to take home. Such amazing tea! So overall a pleasant experience- but some room for improvement.
The service was very slow for us, hopefully that was a fluke! The food was only ok, but nothing to get too excited about. Our server was an absolute angel, very sweet and apologetic about the wait. I ordered a veggie burrito and it was mostly rice and smothered in burnt cheese. Someone else ordered too and their cheese was much more appealing. So I don't know what happened with our order. My wife got the tuna salad and was pretty disappointed, she said we eat better at home. I wouldn't go out of my way to go here again. But I thought a year or so ago I ordered takeout from here and it was alright? So I don't know... not very impressed overall, but maybe I would change my mind if I went back.
Let me start off by first saying I gave this place only three stars because of the fact their customer service was sold excellent. I was highly disappointed and sad to find out that this was really not a vegetarian or vegan restaurant and they're not very vegetarian or vegan friendly. They may have five options including their dessert and smoothies of vegetarian vegan friendly food. They are advertised as if they are a vegetarian vegan friendly place so a little disappointed otherwise what I did get was very good.
My server was a sweetheart. I went during the lunch hour, usually busy during this time. I noticed how busy she was running around doing her best to cater to everyone's needs. She forgot to add an item to my bill but I made sure she added it on. The combo lunch meal was tasty and reasonably priced.
