Ginkgo Coffeehouse is a local artist, community, and student's gem! The service might be a little slow at times because it does get busy, but believe me the drinks and food are worth the wait. Three times I visited and they had no vegan scenes. they have a vegan drip butter chocolate reis crispy bar-ding, but this is a bit much for 7 watches. soy lattes are in order. View all feedback.
Love that they have an online ordering system. i love breakfast sandwiches and i like all the options they have. I ordered a breakfast sandwich with avocado, cheddar cheese and sausage on a croissant. the croissant was super flacky and yummy. I also like the tundra, and they have lots of non dairy options to select : great vibes inside. prices are much better than groundswell and just as good!
Its a mom and pop coffee shop. They have unique things like ice cream, Mac and cheese and root beer floats
Great coffee, right off a bike route, nice outside patio area.
I LOVE this place! The coffee is so good, the atmosphere is wonderful, and the little knickknacks are so fun. Just the best coffeeshop in St. Paul.

So buy one of their cards for sale, pick one of their perfectly spaced table settings and dream of buying all the fun treats and trinkets they have for sale while writing a friendly card. Because everyone likes to recieve a non bill in the mail. Enjoy!
