Famous Dave’s Cowboy Jacks

We arrived in the middle of the day for our Anniversary dinner. The restaurant was nice and quiet. The food was absolutely delicious. The wait staff was attentive without being intrusive (which is a good thing nowadays). They were always available when we needed something. Our server also didn't give me strange looks when I ordered an extra side of brisket. We felt very comfortable and would highly recommend returning to this restaurant to anyone!

We went to the restaurant with our grandchildren. Unfortunately, my roasted chicken and baked potato were not hot. We had to wait a long time for the server to bring extra mayo for my meal. My granddaughter had ordered a burger, but it never arrived, so I went to the manager and asked for another chicken instead. The manager was apologetic and promptly brought out a new chicken dish, as well as a complimentary dinner from Famous Dave's. Despite the delay, my granddaughter's burger had gotten cold while waiting for the mayo. However, the fries were tasty. She was only able to eat half of the burger since it was too cold. Overall, our meal was just okay, mainly thanks to the free chicken. We informed the server about the situation when she finally showed up, and she explained that she had an emergency but should have had someone else assist us. I may consider going back to the restaurant, but not anytime soon.

We had a fantastic time celebrating my birthday with my family at this restaurant. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Thank you!
