Caribou Coffee - Saint Paul

How amazing that I can order my coffee, pay, and of course tap, and if I go over to the pickup counter, it is already prepared and done! my obsession with this caribou is not only my perfect coffee, but the efficiency of his coworkers.

There's no drive-thru, despite what the overview and some reviews suggest. I came here specifically for that reason, but I was disappointed to find none. The restaurant is located at the bottom of an apartment building near the river. Apart from that, it's just a typical Caribou Coffee.

The three women working today are incredible and deserve some recognition. They were so kind to me when I first got here and ordered, and now while I'm sitting here working, I can hear how nice they are to every single customer that walks through the door. It's 99 degrees out today and someone came in just to ask for water and they immediately gave him one and made sure he was doing okay. I'll absolutely be coming back to this location again.

The batista was unfriendly and a little snapping when she asked for my perks number. Then instructed me to slow down with the phone number. No problem. But when the vanilla and the caramel highrise taste exactly the same. When I mention it to her she got upset. I just wanted what I paid for is all. Will not return to that location. Still love my Caribou Coffee!

Usually it's an okay location but today I placed an online order and showed up at around 10 AM to pick it up to find the store was closed with the lights off. It's not a holiday, and the store hours on the window said it was meant to open at 6. I'm not sure how I'm supposed to be refunded for my purchase I bought a coffee and a sandwich).
