What Loy Lehner doesn't like about Caribou Coffee:
Ordered a large coffee in two small cups and was told by the barista that I would have to pay for two smalls because I would have to pay for the additional cup and a lot of people try to do that . Literally was just trying to share a cup of coffee with my mother. At the time I was an employee at Caribou Coffee, but am no longer. Every time I visit this restaurant, the staff is incredibly friendly and clearly competent at their jobs. I always order a London Fog with oat milk, and there never seems to be any issues with how it's made or priced, unlike at other places. Here, the team is consistent and well-informed, and I truly appreciate that.
I really enjoy my Caribou coffees and the variety of drink options available for non-dairy consumers like myself.

Friendly service. A smaller shop, often with only one employee, so sometimes you can have a short waiting time.
Very awesome coffee. Food was mediocre at best. Staff was great gave great suggestions for tasty tasty beverage. Many people at this location I noticed picked it food at the connected eatery. I don't recall the name.
