Red Lobster Saint Matthews

Our waitress was awesome. So attentive and friendly.

We hadn't visited Red Lobster in over 10 years due to a decline in quality, but we decided to give it another chance. We were pleasantly surprised by our experience. The food was fantastic - the Caesar salads were the best we've had anywhere, the shrimp linguine was delicious, and the stuffed flounder was also very tasty. The portions were generous enough that we were able to take some home. Our server, Noah, was a friendly and efficient young man who did a great job taking care of us. Our final bill came to $40, which we felt was a great deal for the quality of the meal. We would definitely give this experience a 5-star rating.

The food at this restaurant is consistently excellent, but unfortunately the service always falls short. Our last three experiences with our server were disappointing, and after giving it several chances, we have made the decision to not return to this location. On multiple occasions, we waited 30-40 minutes for our bar drinks, had appetizers delivered before them, waited 45 minutes for bread because they were out, and then received my food in a way that I did not order and was unable to have it changed. Overall, not a pleasant experience.
