Ton Siams - Saint Marys

We ordered from these guys for home delivery. We’re a bit worried when they quoted us 1.5hrs for delivery. After 2 hours I tried to call the restaurant but never got through... no one picked up the phone! The delivery arrived 3 hrs after ordering then when I suggested I shouldn’t have to pay the entire amount the delivery driver couldn’t get through to the restaurant either! What a disaster.

First time I've ordered and it is the best meal I've had in years. Thank you. Arrived hot, enough for two people, ordered Seafood Laska, one container full and squashed in with vegetables, noodles and second container full with the Laska sauce, heaps of King prawns, Mussels and other seafood. Sauce was mild as requested. Can't wait for supper. Thank you Tom Siams you are now my favourite takeaways.?

It is so unpleasant to write this review. But the foods ruined my dinner time. We ordered 6 dishes. Honestly, all of them were terrible. No taste. Beef of beef salad was too dry and tough. I felt i was chewing leather. The noodle of tomyum was too much compared to that soup. When i had 5 spoonful of soup, that was all of it. Curry was not tasty at all with little bit of meat. Taste just like coconut milk(it should’t be called curry). Other fried noodle was too salty so we had to cook rice to eat it. Otherwise, it was unable to eat just like that. The veggies of 4 dishes were exactly same(cabbage, carrot, zucchini and broccoli). Soft shell crab’s batter was too thick compared to other Thai restaurants. I was so disappointed. If they want to continue the business, they seriously need to consider of changing the chef.

Customer service is very bad, low standard. The girl who serves at the counter waitress too probably, just yells on every customer. Below average zero customer service. She’s loud will you feel uncomfortable infront of other people. Food quality is bad too. I have tried many Thai restaurants, this one has the worst quality, taste, worst service.

We had the coconut rice, chicken fried rice, satay chicken stir fry and the pork belly Food was amazing ?
