We arrive late for lunch but we are accepted. As a starter, a slice of country ham with a piece of dry sausage, then the main course, two slices of hyper-dry roast pork with chestnut stuffing, accompaniment of green beans and cooked and reduced hazelnut potatoes, cheese platter and for dessert a Apple cake, speculos, still good.
