We... read more There were only two people serving the dining area. Normally it would be enough because it was not a busy night for them but they were not at all organized. We waited minutes for the menu and more than half an hour for a glass of water. Overall the quality of the food was pretty good. There was some interesting combinations of ingredients and a little bit of Asian fusion by the chef. However, the portion of food was so small that we went straight to another restaurant right after. And the waiting time between each course is way too long considering the fact that I ordered courses and the first dish was literally one sashimi. I get the whole point of “dégustation” but it was a bit too expensive for what it was.
