Loved the decor and style. Our waitor was absolutely wonderful. We had eaten quite a heavy lunch so we decided on three courses. The tomate concasse was fresh and tasty, and the home made bread we got was very good. The pidgeon was well cooked and tasted very good, but the potato-thing was a bit bland. What David C doesn't like about Texture:
I've previously written a glowing review for Texture as my wife, our friends and I had the most amazing meal there. On a recent visit to St. Malo six of us dropped in for drinks on the way to eat somewhere else, as there's a funky bar upstairs. To be honest it was very average. Friendly place, affordable staff. rather young customers (see the regulars.) on the kitchen side, it is rather original and bold. The mix of flavors is amazing, surprising and especially successful. a restaurant that bears its name, by the marriage of different textures in our plates. if you like to discover or try the gustative unions don't hesitate.

An address discovered by chance. Random often has good. excellent dishes, originals. each dish allows you to discover new flavors. a professional staff. an address to be retained, to be shared without moderation

The service was top. As for the dish, the one I took was copyy. the value/price ratio is there. Go and see your eyes closed!
