We were told to come by 1:30 p.m., with brunch finishing at 3 p.m. On site, very beautiful setting, in greenery and calm. Gorgeous. Friendly welcome. We choose a champagne brunch formula for adults (49 euros and a children's brunch for the little ones (19 euros . The brunch itself takes place on two large tables (we are in a small establishment, no problem and a buffet for the pastries section. The problem comes when we see what is left on the tables in question. There are 5 of us and there are 6 oysters left (and we are told that there are no more . There are no shellfish either, no savory cake, there is still a Bauloise salad (it's the last one , there are no more sweets, no Nantais cakes. Finally, the brunch includes a smoothie. There aren't any anymore either. The children will still have apple juice instead. Nothing is offered to us. We still ate, and we must admit that it was very good: the charcuterie and cheeses offered were of high quality, the Baulois fondant as well, and the few verrines that remained as well. Finally, yogurts and pastries were also appreciated. Champagne Fleury offered excellent. The service is quality, the smiles are present. In the end, I think that this brunch has very good potential provided that all customers are welcomed in the right conditions. It is better to refuse customers rather than offer them a very incomplete service. I was very clear on site as to my points of satisfaction and dissatisfaction and would have appreciated a commercial gesture in view of the shortcomings (Offering an aperitif, for example, would have seemed fair to me . They just explained to me that there had been a large number of last minute reservations. I can hear it, but it's not my problem as a customer.
