Recently, I've started ordering directly from restaurants instead of using services like Grubhub or DoorDash, as they take a percentage from the business for their service. So, I called to place an order, paid for it, and went back home. However, when we opened the bag, it looked like they had forgotten one of the main dishes. I've never had an issue with missing items in my orders before, so this was disappointing. View all feedback.
