What User doesn't like about Dunkin':
The guys that work at this establishment are pigs. All they do is flirt, even when asked not to, and it’s irritating. I come here to get coffee in the am, not have somebody continuously try to hit on me. It’s disrespectful. They also always add extra stuff into my coffee that I don’t ask for. Great location and Service Variety of choices and Ice Cream options as well in both St.joseph and Benton Harbor locations.
On 9/11/21 at 10:30a.m. I went to this Dunkin' Donuts for coffee. I waited at the cash register to order. It took over 20 minutes before someone came up to the register to take my order.This store prioritizes online orders and only tries to fill those orders while ignoring customers that go to the register to order. Only one employee at the store acknowledged that I had been waiting for a long period of time. 4 employees were working at the store at that time.
This restaurant used to be rated 5 stars, but they no longer make the French crosses. Please bring it back.
My stepmother went inside the restaurant and purchased some donuts for us.
