We ordered a platter of 100 sushi pieces that was supposed to be delivered within the hour.When we called to OFFER to come pick up the order instead of having it delivered, they said they can’t change the order status for some reason. So we had to continually wait for the order for 2 hours with the most rude and disrespectful employee on the other side.What was supposed to be a simple 100$ order, turned into a 2 hour wait and a horrible exchange with the restaurant. We will never order from here again.

The... read more I have been a loyal customer of this Sushi Shop since it opened, and have always enjoyed the food. However, over the past year, there have been many issues. The employees are constantly new and inexperienced, resulting in poorly made sushi. Tonight was the worst experience yet, with three inexperienced employees creating sushi that resembled a soldier's ration for $120. This was very disappointing, and I hope the owner addresses these problems before losing more regular customers like myself.
