Really disappointing.. I went to the sushi shop in St-Joseph du Lac... and with each customer... she wasted a big plastic circular just to enter the order and then throw it away... zero for the environment really disappointing View all feedback.
As soon as I reached for the door handle to enter the restaurant, I was shocked by how dirty it was. I was left speechless. I really hope they address this issue soon. While it's important to support local businesses, cleanliness should not be sacrificed.
Horrible service. You should teach your staff how to make sushi properly. Sunrise pizza missing avocado. Charged me tartar de thon yet I ordered a Maki tuna tartar. Supposed to be 8.95 and not 10.95
Very bad customer service called to make an order and Manager there was very rude over the phone. She was not respectful her tone was hight and start screeming ...and hung up by saying will not do the order...really very bad
I have been a loyal customer of this Sushi Shop since it opened, and have always enjoyed the food. However, over the past year, there have been many issues. The employees are constantly new and inexperienced, resulting in poorly made sushi. Tonight was the worst experience yet, with three inexperienced employees creating sushi that resembled a soldier's ration for $120. This was very disappointing, and I hope the owner addresses these problems before losing more regular customers like myself.
I left a 1-star review for this restaurant two years ago due to a bad manager. However, my husband recently returned and was pleasantly surprised by the change. The two ladies working were extremely friendly and kind. We will definitely be returning in the future!
