Great!They took our order promptly after giving us a few minutes to decide. Great!Our food arrived in 10 minutes of so. Great.The food was tasty, I ordered "the big 3 "Here is where things started to decline.My eggs were not cooked the way I asked for them. My bacon was overly crispy, That 's forgivable. The sausage was tasty. the ham was good but not anything special. The potatoes were the best part of the meal! My toast was served in the same basket as the other people I was eating with which although it 's not a huge deal I 'd have preferred it on my own plate rather than having to reach over the table or ask my fellow diners to pass me part of my meal.The waitress checked in on us enough times that I felt remembered but not annoyed so kudos to her.When I finished my meal I picked up my napkin which was stuck to the table by dried jam or ketchup which says to me that the table obviously had not been cleaned properly before being set. Gross.The bathroom had more that 10 flies that I counted crawling and buzzing here and there. Gross.The meal was more expensive than the same type of meal at some of the fine dining restaurants I frequent. I felt the waitress was excellent so I made sure to tip her.I will most likely never eat here again.

I have been to the Dartmouth NS... read more My sweetie and I went to Pur Simple in Saint John this morning for breakfast and it was the best meal I have had at this chain. I have been to the Dartmouth NS and Fredericton NB locations as well as this one. When we arrived, Vanessa recognized us from a previous visit, got us coffee, and kept our cups full. Kevin recognized is as well and came over to see how we were enjoying our holidays and wished us a great New Year. Theresa was our waitress and she was great to work with, food order was what we ordered, and she was very pleasant. I had the Mexican Skillet and Sweetie had Rays Extravaganza Skillet. AMAZING! The portions were large, the food was hot. Yes, the place carries sound however we never noticed it after a few minutes. I can't wait to go back again. Kevin, Vanessa and Theresa, keep up the great work. :

The portions are large so after the first visit we paired it down to one meal to share between the 2 of us. The veggie omelette was delicious and they have great multigrain toast. The good stuff. And they didn’t up charge me for jam and peanut butter. The coffee was also very good. Highly recommend Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
