I called ahead to verify first that they have gf crust. they were very helpful. They offer gf crust and because I'm celiac they let me know that they can use ingredients from an area that hadn't been used on other pizzas, they Cook it in the same oven as the other pizza but on a new pan that doesn't touch the oven. They did everything that they could to ensure no contamination. View all feedback.
I called ahead to see if they offered gluten-free crust, and the staff was very helpful. They confirmed that they do have gluten-free options and, since I have celiac disease, they assured me that they could use ingredients from a separate area to avoid cross-contamination. While they bake the pizza in the same oven as the regular pies, they use a fresh pan that doesn’t come into contact with the oven itself. They took every precaution to ensure there would be no contamination.
