Quick convinent, delicious great service, paper plates plastic utensils offered +++++Five Stars close to shopping
My husband and I shared a pizza. He had pepperoni on his side and my side had Veggies. It was very tasty but the best part of our order was the garlic bread/fingers. They were so tasty and the 'crust' so crunchy. I only wish that the pizza would have had the same crust. I prefer crunchy to soft.
We enjoyed a medium pizza with all the fixins'. Service was quick and pleasant. Pizza was good for a chain.
The pizzas and garlic fingers we ordered were very tasty, but I had a problem with the online ordering system recognizing the postal code I entered. I was able to et it straightened around though.
We go to Papa Johns whenever we come to Saint John for the day. The food is always good and we usually have a great experience. It wasn't so great last night. First of all, we came in, I had my CAA discount ready and the young man at cash told me he didn't know what the discount was, so I had to ask him to check with someone. One of the young men making dough said he thought it was 10 or 20%. That guy went back and asked someone in the back. He came back and told me it was only for online orders. 1. I am visiting from out of town, so I do not have an online account. 2. There is a big CAA sticker on the glass next to where you order that tells CAA members they are eligible for a discount when they shop in that location. 3. I was given the CAA discount when I came in another time and had thought to present the card. After that, we walked around some of the stores nearby to wait the 15 minutes for the pizza. We came in and stood there until we were acknowledged to be given our pizza. It was like we were being a gigantic pain in the butt to ask for plates. (It was obvious we were eating in, my family was waiting at the table). We sat down and then remembered we ordered pop and tried to make eye contact with the guy before grabbing pop out of the cooler but he didn't even notice we were in there. I realize it's not fine dining here, but I was just really disappointed in the lack of good service compared to other times. It wasn't overly busy when we were there but staff usually seems to engage with their customers. I was very disappointed they did not offer the discount or seem apologetic they didn't provide something they advertised.
