They explained... read more The food and service at this restaurant were both amazing. We ordered a spicy dish that wasn't spicy enough, and the staff apologized profusely. They explained that they are limited in how spicy they can make their dishes due to customer complaints, but they recently hosted a spice event to offer truly spicy food. In this instance, they took back our dish, made it spicier, and also gave us their chili sauce and a housemade jalapeño salad, both of which were incredibly delicious and added the perfect amount of spice and flavor. We were impressed by their hospitality and will definitely be returning.

I like my pho super spicy so the chef was very attentive and brought out additional chilies, and even some of his kimchi. It's been hard to find good asain food in St John but Mimimi was great! Their prices are comparable to other good asain restaurants I've been too, but the service was top notch!
