Goji's - Saint John
Goji's
Description
The local frozen yogurt spot has garnered a wide range of experiences from its patrons. While some enjoy the cleanliness and variety, others express disappointment with the service and limited flavor options. Issues such as unrecognized customers, unkempt tables, and old toppings have tarnished the overall experience for many. Additionally, criticisms have arisen regarding the quality of vegan options and the perceived self-interest of staff. Despite these downsides, some visitors still manage to find enjoyment, highlighting a stark contrast in experiences within this popular dessert destination. The potential for improvement is clear, should management take note.

It's a shame but there vegan ice cream is terrible. They should have mango ice cream. Mango and raspberry are very popular in Montreal and Ottawa. Learn what works. That was the worst thing I've eating in a long time. Gross.
I had a really disappointing experience during my last visit with my daughter. The service was terrible, and it was disheartening to hear my 12-year-old say that she doesn’t want to come back. To make matters worse, we also saw something troubling on social media (photo below).
I was quite disappointed with the variety of frozen yogurt available. There was only one flavor that I enjoyed. My husband picked a different one but couldn't finish it. Next time, we'll be heading to Deliah uptown instead.
The customer service was absolutely terrible. The screen was malfunctioning and was requesting Apple information. When I asked for a sample cup, the employee said they didn’t offer that. She didn’t greet us or provide any information, making it the worst $14 I’ve ever spent. If it were possible, I would give it 0 stars. I asked about the cost of the toppings, but got no clear answer, just mumbling. I wanted to know if we could fill in an order completely, and was told yes, but only after the fact. I now want a refund.
Totally agree with the previous reviewer. Staffs were more self-interested than creating genuine good customer experience. I was frequenting the shop a lot for their yogurt. Many times no one would ask if you need any help. More often than not you 'll need to wait at cash to be *noticed*. Few times while waiting at cash saw staffs eating ice cream or yogurt in kitchen while tables were left uncleaned. While I love their frozen yogurt, few times you need to watch out for old moldy fruit/toppings left from previous days coz they weren 't cleaned out properly. Lastly for someone like me who went there few times a week and spent at least $7.99 each time, they told me I put too much yogurt in my cup. I wonder if I 'm eating their share . Losing a customer who spent around $32-$40 per week there is not such a bright idea. I feel sorry for their loss.
