Oh, man, the cheese was squeaky!! Close your eyes and face someone with wet boots that squeak in your house. The service was very nice! The baby portion and a smaller one, and they were very good. Did I mention the cheese? They were super quiet and very good. We dived, the baby even had a baby chair with clean plastic wrapper table. You have a drive-thru. View all feedback.
What Isabelle Patrice doesn't like about Fromagerie Victoria Saint-jérôme:
After reading the reviews, I decided to give it a try. I have to say, I was disappointed—it definitely wasn't the best poutine I've ever had. The flavor was lacking, and the fries definitely weren't homemade. The portions are overpriced, and the cheese curds were just mediocre. I won't be returning. View all feedback.
This is a fantastic stop on your way to Saint Sauveur! Conveniently located in a mall with plenty of parking and just off the highway, it’s easy to access. You absolutely have to try their poutine, especially because of the amazing squeaky cheese curds they use. If you’re not extremely hungry, the baby-size portion is more than sufficient, particularly if you’re also ordering one of their delicious burgers or hot dogs. We tried the Le Boucan burger, which comes with smoked cheddar, bacon, tomato, and lettuce, and it was delicious. The dining areas are spacious, bright, and very clean. We always make sure to buy some fresh cheese curds and their smoked cheese to take home with us. Additionally, there’s a nice dairy bar offering soft serve ice cream and a little shop selling local products.

The restaurant earned 2 stars for the food, as the smoked meat was quite good. However, charging $30 for two small poutines is outrageous. The service was awful. If you speak English, don't bother going in; you'll be treated poorly, even if you genuinely try to communicate in French. Experiences like this contribute to the negative perception of Quebec.
Food is delicious, price is reasonable, and you have plenty of room to spread out and be comfy.
Usually good, but usually cheap. Special shout-out to the brie panini. I would like to thank you guys at Victoria for that one singular strip of bacon that delicious brown rotting lettuce. It really gave me the extra kick I needed ??
