Great food and comfortable atmoshere (can be a liitle cramped when at maximum capacity of clients), however the food is delicious with sufficient variety (mainly pasta). Recommend without question! View all feedback.
What get with it doesn't like about Restaurant Vivaldi:
Three of us ate here on a Saturday night. The restaurant was very full at 7 and they suggested we come back at 8. We had time to get a bottle of wine, as you can bring your own wine to this restaurant. Service was good, food was fine, nothing out of this world but fine. This would be a good place to go with a group for a reasonably priced meal. View all feedback.

Great food bring your own wine great service a must Italien food osso buco incredible good my favourite have had a few times highly recommend this place
Went on St-Valentine day , the owner accepted a group of 12-16 persons. They were yelling and screaming. Ask to the staff to solve this issue, staff did noting. All the restaurant was pissed .We even ask for ear plug. Couldn't have a conversation with my wife. Told the problem to manager and other people came at the desk at the same time and claimed the same issue we got. Staff did nothing. Manager said , the problem was the owner.... So disapointed. Will never never never go again .... Please dont accept 10-12 persons reservation on St-Valentine Day ,, come on....
We 've been dining here for well over 7 years and never have we ever encountered anything wrong with our food or its service. This little 'gem ' is located downtown St-Jean-Sur-Richelieu and an establishment that lets you bring your own wine. No parking space on the street but one can find parking here and there. Do reserve if you intend to dine on weekends as it fills up very quickly; offers only 2 services at precise times over the weekends which can somewhat be a hassle but when you know this... it enables you to reserve for the time service you prefer. Their menu is a mix of French/Italian specialties and all very good. The menu is extensive and offers so many diversity in regards with appetisers whether cold or hot, great choice of fish, chicken, veal, pasta and desserts. There are two types of 'Osso Buco ' offered, both delicious and our favorites. No other place in this region can top off this particular dish. The 'escargots ' are another favorite of ours... nestled within tomatoes and mushrooms; beautiful! Go ahead and try the huge shrimps within a creamy sauce... divine! The service? Always professional, efficient and very friendly. You feel at home here. The prices are quite good given you bring your own wine. This is by far not a 'Fast Food ' Italian restaurant as many are; this is authentic Italian cuisine and worth your time to give a shot.
J'ai commencer a aller a ce restaurant il y'a 6 ans. Pittoresque and chaleureux rend son environment intime. Started going to this Restaurant about 6 years ago. Quaint and welcoming renders it's atmosphere intimate. Make a reservation. It is a bring your own wine place, so bring a good wine. I have tried several of their plates, but my favorite remains the OSSO BUCO. My last 2 visits surprised me as the increased the size of the customer area, yet have not lost quality and flavour of the food.
